• Uses instructional strategies that reflect students’ culture, learning styles, special needs, and socio-economic background.
• Implements classroom instructional strategies and materials that reflect each student’s culture and needs.
• Creates a positive learning environment with student engagement and self-motivation.
• Plans, aligns, implements, and evaluates effective instruction and assessment in various learning environments.
• Collaborates with peers, parents, community, and stakeholders for continuous improvement.
• Integrates technology in teaching and learning processes.
• Ensures adherence to safety procedures.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
