Job summary

Catapult Learning, a division of FullBloom, seeks a part-time Math and Reading Intervention Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year in Seminole County, FL. The role covers K-8 with a 15-hour weekly schedule: Mon/Thu 8:30–11:45, Tue/Fri 8:15–1:00, across two Sanford schools at 32771. Pay is $27 per hour and includes some benefits in the program.

You will advocate for students, deliver small-group instruction, maintain records, and communicate with families and staff to support student growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • Valid and current FL Teaching Certificate/Statement of Eligibility.
  • Classroom teaching, internship, and/or tutoring experience.
  • Willingness and ability to teach both Math and Reading/ELA to various grade levels.
  • Ability to navigate online platforms for record keeping and communication.
  • Unwavering belief that all children can learn.

Responsibilities

  • Instruct Reading/ELA and Math to small groups of students in multiple grade levels in a face-to-face school setting with a focus on intervention.
  • Deliver designated instructional models in readiness, reading, mathematics, and writing skills through company-designed materials and educational strategies.
  • Utilize company-provided curriculum to develop and maintain individualized skill-appropriate lesson plans.
  • Ensure supervision of students at all times, including escorting students safely to and from classrooms/learning stations.
  • Perform data entry in a timely fashion (student attendance, online pre/post testing, progress reports, parent and classroom teacher communication forms, compliance documentation).
  • Schedule and attend parent meetings/conferences.
  • Establish and maintain student forms and files as required by company, local, state, and federal agencies.
  • Maintain consistent communication with company supervisors, classroom teachers, principals, and parents.
  • Differentiate instruction, engage students, grow professionally, and track progress with accurate academic records.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Math and Reading Intervention Teacher

Part-Time | Seminole County, FL

Position is for the 2026-2027 school year. Grades K-8. Part-time (15 hours per week): Monday and Thursday 8:30a-11:45a, and Tuesday and Friday 8:15a-1p. Two schools in Sanford, FL 32771. Pay is $27 per hour.
