Job summary

Catapult Learning, a division of FullBloom, seeks a Part-Time Math and Reading Intervention Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. The position serves three Kissimmee, FL schools and covers grades K-5 with a 12-hour per week schedule.

You will deliver targeted instruction in Math and Reading/ELA, use company curricula, and maintain student records while collaborating with teachers and families. A Bachelor's degree and valid FL teaching certificate are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• Valid and current Florida Teaching Certificate.
• Classroom teaching, internship, and/or tutoring experience.
• Willingness and ability to teach both Math and Reading/ELA to various grade levels.
• Ability to navigate online platforms for record keeping and communication.

Responsibilities

• Instruct Reading/ELA and Math to small groups of students in multiple grade levels in a face-to-face school setting with a focus on intervention.
• Deliver designated instructional models in readiness, reading, mathematics, and writing skills through company-designed materials and educational strategies.
• Utilize company-provided curriculum to develop and maintain individualized skill-appropriate lesson plans.
• Ensure supervision of students at all times, including escorting students safely to and from classrooms/learning stations.
• Perform data entry in a timely fashion (student attendance, online pre/post testing, progress reports, parent and classroom teacher communication forms, compliance documentation).
• Schedule and attend parent meetings/conferences.
• Establish and maintain student forms and files as required by company, local, state, and federal agencies.
• Maintain consistent communication with company supervisors, classroom teachers, principals, and parents.
• Differentiate instruction, engage students, grow professionally, and track progress with accurate academic records.
• Other duties as assigned.

Math and Reading Intervention Teacher

Part-Time | Osceola County, FL

Position is for the 2026-2027 school year. Part-time (12 hours per week). Grades K-5. Schedule is Monday through Thursday between 8:30 and 1:30p. Services three schools in Kissimmee, FL 34744 (within 10 miles). Pay is $27 per hour.
