Job summary

Catapult Learning is hiring an Intervention Teacher for after-school Math and Reading interventions in Cape Coral, FL for the 2026-2027 school year. The part-time role serves grades K-8, with emphasis on grades 1-5, meeting Mondays and Thursdays from 3:15pm to 4:30pm, at a pay rate of $28/hour.

The teacher will instruct Reading/ELA and Math to small groups, deliver designated instructional models, and use company-provided curriculum to develop skill-appropriate lessons.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• Teaching certificate is a plus.
• Experience in classroom teaching, internship, or tutoring.
• Willingness to teach Math and Reading/ELA to multiple grade levels.

Responsibilities

• Instruct Reading/ELA and Math to small groups across K–8 with focus on intervention.
• Deliver instruction using company curriculum and educational strategies.
• Develop lesson plans aligned to student needs.
• Supervise students and escort them to/from classrooms.
• Enter attendance, pre/post testing, progress reports, and compliance data.
• Schedule and attend parent meetings/conferences.
• Maintain communication with supervisors, teachers, principals, and parents.

Catapult Learning is hiring an Intervention Teacher to provide after-school Math and Reading Intervention services in Cape Coral, FL, for the 2026-2027 school year. This part-time position serves grades K-8, with a heavy focus on grades 1-5, meeting Monday and Thursday from 3:15pm-4:30pm at a pay rate of $28/hour.

Responsibilities

• Instruct Reading/ELA and Math to small groups of students in multiple grade levels in a face-to-face school setting with a focus on intervention
• Deliver designated instructional models in readiness, reading, mathematics, and writing skills using company-designed materials and educational strategies
• Utilize company-provided curriculum to develop and maintain individualized skill-appropriate lesson plans
• Ensure supervision of students at all times, including escorting students safely to and from classrooms/learning stations
• Perform timely data entry for attendance, online pre/post testing, progress reports, and compliance documentation
• Schedule and attend parent meetings/conferences
• Maintain consistent communication with company supervisors, classroom teachers, principals, and parents
