A leading educational institution in Ohio is seeking a qualified and passionate Intervention Specialist for their PreSchool team for the upcoming 2025–2026 school year. The role focuses on developing and implementing IEPs, contributing to a collaborative education environment, and ensuring compliance with state educational standards.
Completion of all required Ohio Department of Education licensure exams, including:
OAE 190: Foundations of Reading
OAE 057: Assessment of Professional Knowledge: Primary
OAE 058: Primary Special Education

OAE 058: Primary Special Education
Ability to obtain and maintain a clear BCI/FBI background check in accordance with Ohio Department of Education standards.
Meets all Ohio Department of Education certification and professional conduct requirements.
Completion of a program with a minimum of twelve cumulative semester hours in the teaching of reading, as described in section 3319.24 of the Revised Code.
Experience developing and implementing IEPs
Knowledge of evidence-based instructional strategies
Strong collaboration and communication skills

Northridge Local Schools is seeking a qualified and passionate Intervention Specialist to join our PreSchool team for the 2025–2026 school year. This is an anticipated opening and an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative and student-focused environment.
Valid Ohio Teaching License in Early Childhood Intervention Specialist (PreK–3) or Primary Intervention Specialist (PreK–5), issued pursuant to section 3319.22 of the Revised Code.
