LEARN Transition Academy seeks an Intervention Specialist to empower 18- to 22-year-olds to gain skills for independent living, employment, and community participation. Work takes place in real-world settings across southeastern Connecticut, with collaboration among educators, therapists, families, and community partners.

At LEARN Transition Academy, we believe every young adult deserves the opportunity to live, work, learn, and participate as independently as possible in their community. Our transition program serves students ages 18-22 through individualized instruction focused on employment readiness, independent living, self-advocacy, communication, and meaningful community engagement.
