Job summary

Rise Services Inc. seeks an Intervention Specialist to provide direct one-to-one intervention for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities in school, community, or center settings.

You will document progress, coordinate with the treatment team, and communicate with families. The role requires a Bachelor's in human services, 1,040 hours of supervised experience, RBT or HI certification, and current CPR/First Aid, with training in de-escalation such as MANDT.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field with relevant coursework.
  • 1,040 hours paid supervised experience serving individuals 0–21 with developmental disabilities.
  • Complete 40-hour RBT training or hold HI certification.
  • CPR/First Aid certification required.
  • MANDT or de-escalation training certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct one-to-one intervention for children or adolescents with developmental disabilities.
  • Document progress toward treatment goals daily.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and other providers.
  • Maintain required training and certifications and participate in supervision.
