Job description

Intervention Specialist – Fairlawn, Ohio

Provide individualized and small‑group instruction in reading, writing, math and other academic support areas as needed.

Collaborate and communicate ongoing student progress with parents/guardians, general education teachers, school administration, district personnel and related service providers.

Develop and maintain compliant documentation, progress reports and Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in accordance with IDEA regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid Special Education Credential & ODE License or General Education License with willingness to obtain Intervention Specialist licensure
• Ability to pass current BCI/FBI background checks
• Current TB Test (within the last 12 months)
• Valid automobile insurance meeting required liability limits (25/50k coverage)
