Job summary

UNT Health Fort Worth seeks an Educational Program Assistant Director to maintain interprofessional programs for students, faculty, and clinicians. The role emphasizes planning, development, implementation, evaluation, communications, and administration of diverse educational initiatives to advance interprofessional practice education.

The position collaborates with UNT Health departments, colleges, and clinical sites to support institutional IPE initiatives and strengthen core competencies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five years of related experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of IPEC competencies and interprofessional education.
• Experience with program assessment and evaluation methods.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Smartsheets, Canvas, Articulate Rise, Power BI, and Qualtrics.
• Experience collaborating with students, faculty, and clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage assessment, data, and reporting of program outcomes.
• Support department activities and educational program logistics.
• Communicate information and outcomes verbally and in writing.
• Prepare, disseminate, and publish IPE data and outcomes; manage accreditation records.
• Lead teams to design assessment and evaluation for IPE.
• Conduct faculty development training on curriculum design and evaluation.
• Deliver presentations at local, state, and national venues.
