Job summary

The Educational Program Assistant Director at UNT Health Science Center Fort Worth leads interprofessional education initiatives for students, faculty, and clinicians, coordinating programs and collaborations across health professions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of related experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage assessment and evaluation, data and metrics, and reporting of program outcomes for the department's interprofessional practice education.
  • Provide support and implementation of all department activities and educational program logistics.
  • Clearly communicate information, data, outcomes both verbally and in writing.
  • Prepare, disseminate, and publish interprofessional practice education data and outcomes; for program assessment and accreditation records, campus communications, conferences, and academic scholarship/journals.
  • Lead small teams of faculty to design and implement assessment and evaluation for interprofessional practice education; support development of effective interprofessional education for all levels of learners.
  • Plan and conduct faculty development training, focusing on curriculum design and assessment/evaluation methods for IPE.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Interprofessional Education and Practice.
  • Deliver presentations at local, state, and national venues.
