Southampton Union Free School District is seeking qualified applicants to provide interpretation and translation services in support of District programs, meetings, and events. Applicants will be placed on alist as needed, based on District needs and scheduled events.

Responsibilities include interpretation during district events, Board of Education meetings, and SCEP-related activities, plus translation of documents and ensuring clear communication with students, families, and the community.

Competenze

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to accurately interpret verbal communications and translate written materials.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Availability to work scheduled meetings and events, which may include evening hours.
