Centauri Health Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Client Support Engineer to diagnose and resolve complex interoperability issues across the data exchange ecosystem, including FHIR APIs, HL7 messaging, and REST/SOAP integrations.

You will analyze logs, trace data flows, and own root-cause determinations with Engineering and Product to drive timely resolutions. You will work with internal systems and external partners in a fast-paced environment, create runbooks and tickets, share expertise to reduce

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
Experience troubleshooting interoperability solutions including FHIR APIs, HL7 messaging, RESTful/SOAP APIs.
Ability to analyze logs, diagnose issues, and work with data to support troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Diagnose complex interoperability issues across FHIR, HL7, RESTful/SOAP APIs, and network integrations.
Investigate API timeouts, latency, message delivery failures, and data inconsistencies.
Trace issues end-to-end across systems, interfaces, and external partners.
Analyze logs, payloads, and system behavior to determine root cause and defend conclusions.
Escalate complex findings through defined channels.
