Qualifications

• Experience executing structured test protocols and documenting results in a regulated environment.
• Experience collecting, organizing, and analyzing test data to support engineering decisions.
• Basic understanding of Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) or other device-to-device communication technologies.
• Knowledge of system-level testing principles for connected products or medical devices.
• Familiarity with medical device verification and validation methodologies.
• Experience supporting defect investigation, issue tracking, and root cause analysis activities.
• Knowledge of requirements traceability and regulated documentation practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across engineering, quality, and external partner teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute system-level verification and validation testing for CGM interoperability with insulin pumps and automated insulin delivery systems.
• Develop, review, and execute test protocols, test cases, and test reports; maintain test coverage for various failure modes.
• Assist in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of interoperability issues across hardware, firmware, software, and communication interfaces.
• Ensure documentation and traceability between requirements, risk controls, verification activities, and test results.
• Support FDA-regulated verification activities and medical device development processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external device partners to support integration and interoperability initiatives.
