Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a Sensor Design and Characterization team member to lead benchtop and in-vivo experiments for CGM technologies. You will collaborate with project leaders to align objectives, develop robust test methods, and document results across components and full systems.

The role requires a physics/engineering background, wet-lab experience, and strong data analysis skills. Opportunities include global growth, learning programs, and contributing to innovative biosensing solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; wet-lab experience preferred.
• Experience designing benchtop and in-vivo experiments.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting of results.

Responsibilities

• Design benchtop and in-vivo experiments to evaluate CGM tech at component and system levels.
• Collaborate with management to align objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop, standardize, and validate electrochemical bench test methods with protocols and reports.
• Coordinate sensor builds, equipment procurement, and related tasks.
• Apply statistical techniques to analyze large datasets and assess performance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and manage dependencies.
• Present findings to peers and management in oral and written form.
• Contribute to IP by drafting invention disclosures.
