Job summary

TPI Global Solutions in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to enable end-to-end interoperability within the CMS ONC ecosystem. You will work with engineering, architecture, and compliance to design and support data pipelines, API-driven workflows, and FHIR-based data exchange.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of BA experience with data engineering exposure, strong SQL/JSON/API skills, and familiarity with healthcare data standards such as FHIR R4 and HL7.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience with data engineering, APIs, or healthcare data systems.
• Strong knowledge of ELT processes, SQL, JSON, APIs, and data validation.
• Hands-on experience with FHIR R4, HL7, and healthcare data (claims, clinical, member, provider).
• Experience with data mapping, transformation logic, and source-to-target specifications.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Enable end-to-end interoperability solutions within the CMS ONC ecosystem.
• Support complex data pipelines, API-driven interoperability, and ELT/ETL workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, compliance, and external customers.
