Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Test Development: Support the development of wafer probe, test production, and product characterization test solutions for digital power management products under the guidance of experienced engineers
  • Documentation: Assist in defining test requirements, creating test plans, and documenting test methods as part of product development
  • DesignCollaboration: Collaborate with design and development engineers to understand and implement design-for-test (DFT) features that optimize product quality and testing efficiency
  • HardwareDesign (Learning Opportunity): Gain hands-on exposure to designing and developing test hardware using PCB tools like Cadence Allegro with support from team members and existing templates
  • TestProgram Development: Participate in creating, debugging, and verifying test programs on automated test equipment under mentorship, adhering to company standards
  • Optimization: Contribute to efforts aimed at improving the quality and reducing the cost of test solutions through assigned tasks and guided optimization processes

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

  • Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's orMaster’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering,
  • TestSystems Knowledge: Eager to learn testdevelopment techniques for mixed-signal ICs using automated test equipment(ATE) such as Teradyne ETS-364
  • EngineeringPrinciples:Basic understanding of analog/digital circuits, power devices, and high-speedsignal integrity concepts
  • PCBTools:Willingness to learn PCB design tools like Cadence Allegro; prior exposure to similar tools is considered a plus

Salary pay information:

  • Leominster, MA United States — US$25.00 – US$31.00
  • Hourly rate will depend on the highest level of education completed.
