Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
  • Data Analysis: Use established software tools to review performance of devices in qualification and production phases
  • Trend Identification: Analyze datasets to identify patterns, anomalies, and performance shifts that impact yield
  • Support Release: Assist lead Sustaining PE with interpretation of production and qualification data to support product release decisions
  • Reporting: Prepare clear technical reports and summaries of findings for cross-functional stakeholders
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
  • Education: Minimum of 3 years toward a BS in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, senior students graduating within a year preferred
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, MATLAB, or Python exposure desired
  • Domain Knowledge: Coursework or exposure to statistics, circuits, and semiconductor/device fundamentals
  • Communication: Strong technical report writing and verbal communication skills in English
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret key performance parameters and identify trends in complex datasets
  • Teamwork: Comfortable collaborating across sustaining, manufacturing, and quality teams

Salary pay information

Location Indicative salary range Leominster, MA United States Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate: US$ 27.00 – US$ 39.50 Hourly rate will depend on the highest level of education completed.
