GOTAFE in the United States is offering an internship for undergraduates to support project delivery on commercial and industrial construction sites, with hands-on exposure to scheduling, cost tracking, and field operations. Responsabilités

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and subcontractors to support project success
• Collaborate with engineers and planners to develop and maintain project schedules
• Support the creation of accurate project forecasts and budgets

About You

The company is looking for candidates who have:

• Current enrollment in an undergraduate program at an accredited university
• Foundational understanding of construction principles and practices
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a flexible, collaborative approach to diverse teams
• Experience with subcontracts, subcontractors, or self-perform work is a plus
• Creative, results-driven mindset with a sense of urgency
• Prior internship or project engineering experience on projects valued at $5 million or more (design-build experience preferred)
• Commitment to upholding and promoting a Safety-First culture
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, able to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically capable of navigating active construction sites, including walking, climbing ladders, and accessing multi-floor scaffolding
• Prepared for a fast-paced work environment with appropriate job site footwear and attire
• Willingness to travel nationwide as projects require
