Job summary

SOLIDWORKS is seeking an RELOPS Intern to join the SOLIDWORKS team responsible for introducing new processes, automation strategies, tools and scripts to automate release, integration and testing activities and the cloud deployment of SOLIDWORKS 3DEXPERIENCE products.

You will develop AI agents to automate mundane tasks, contribute to release management and operations engineering, collaborate with feature teams, and help improve security, reliability and performance of the production environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering or related field.
• Python, End to End Application development.
• AI/ML, MLOPS is a plus.
• Token Optimization – good knowledge about Caching, EVALs, Skills, Rules, Sub Agents, Plugins and MCP.
• DEVOPS experience/knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Release Management: design and implement automated CI/CD pipelines and coordinate deployments.
• Operations Engineering: monitor production, resolve issues, automate tasks, ensure security and performance.
• Collaboration: work with development teams to integrate features and maintain system health with other operations teams.
• Goal: make releases efficient, reliable and continuously improve release and operations processes.

Job description

As a RELOPS Intern, you will be a member of the SOLIDWORKS team in charge of introducing new process, automation strategy, tools and scripts to automate the various release, integration and testing activities and the cloud deployment of the SOLIDWORKS 3DEXPERIENCE products.

You will be developing multiple AI agents to automate our mundane, workflow & checklist-based tasks. Some of your responsibilities include:

• Release Management: Designing and implementing automated release pipelines (CI/CD) Coordinating software deployments across different environments Managing release schedules and communication Ensuring release quality and rollback strategies
• Operations Engineering: Monitoring and maintaining production infrastructure Identifying and resolving system issues Automating operational tasks Ensuring system security and performance
• Collaboration: Working closely with development teams to understand new features and ensure smooth integration Collaborating with other operations teams to maintain overall system health
• In essence, Release and Operations engineers are responsible for: Making software releases efficient and reliable Keeping systems running smoothly and securely Continuously improving the release and operations processes

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Engineering or related studies

Salary Pay Transparency

Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $22 and $40 per hour.
