Job summary

The Fedcap Group is seeking an Intern to collaborate with Fedcap programs or partners to gain work experience and develop technical skills. This entry-level role provides exposure to multiple service areas and hands-on learning opportunities in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities include outreach to connect participants with services, assisting internal teams, delivering quality customer service, and gaining clerical and data-entry experience while shadowing skilled colleagues.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED/TASC preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach activities to connect participants with services and resources.
• Partner with internal department to perform other related duties as assigned.
• Providing excellent customer service to clients and other visitors
• Perform clerical duties. Such as filing photocopying.
• Job shadowing to learn technical skills related to the industry.
