Job summary

Reytec Construction Resources Inc. offers an internship program designed to give students and recent graduates hands-on experience in the construction industry.

Participants will gain exposure to real-world projects through mentorship and structured learning opportunities, across departments such as project management, site operations, safety, estimating, and administration. Interns will perform tasks including documentation, site visits, and administrative duties, while adhering to safety

Qualifications

• Enrollment in or recent graduation from an accredited college, university, or trade school with a relevant major (e.g., construction management, civil engineering, architecture, business administration).
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Pass a background check and drug screening (if applicable).

• Actively participate in training, meetings, and learning sessions.

Job description

1. Purpose

The Internship Program is designed to provide students and recent graduates with hands-on experience in the construction industry. The program aims to develop future professionals by offering practical learning opportunities, mentorship, and exposure to real-world projects.

2. Eligibility

• Be enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited college, university, or trade school with a relevant major (e.g., construction management, civil engineering, architecture, business administration).
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Pass a background check and drug screening (if applicable).

3. Program Structure

• Duration: Internships last between 8 weeks and 4 months, depending on project needs and academic requirements.
• Schedule: Interns may work part-time or full-time, with hours determined based on department needs and school schedules.
• Compensation: Interns will receive an hourly wage based on experience and department placement. Interns are not eligible for company benefits unless otherwise specified.
• Departments: Interns may be placed in various departments, including project management, site operations, safety, estimating, and administration.
