Responsibilities

• Mentor newer senior hires on Linux integration practices.
• Automate build, test, and deployment pipelines for faster releases.
• Translate ideas into leadership prototypes and fast-tracking onboarding for new engineers.
• Document Relationship Building system to accelerate onboarding for future staff.
• Apply Selenium and Kafka to solve performance and reliability challenges.
