Job summary

Rachel Contracting, Inc. is offering an Internship Estimator/Project Manager position in the Midwest/Central US region. The internship focuses on project coordination, bid support, and scheduling for earthwork, demolition, and civil construction projects.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in Construction Management or Civil Engineering programs with sophomore to senior standing. Strong communication and teamwork are essential; reliability and organization are expected. Some travel may be required.

Position Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• Related construction experience and currently enrolled or working towards a college degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Currently pursuing a college degree with Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing.
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrate positive teamwork
• Dependability: showing initiative and good follow through
• Solid organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Self-starter with the ability to effectively prioritize
