Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises, a leading AAA brand, seeks an Internet Sales Agent to qualify and quote prospects, and sell memberships and personal lines insurance products. You will follow up with members, insure and prospect for new business, while resolving related documentation with discretion.

We provide training, expect some evenings and weekends, and offer uncapped commission opportunities upon meeting goals. High daily activity and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Be an effective communicator both written and verbal.
• Have computer experience and good organizational skills.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention.
• Self-motivated and fully committed to building a profitable business.
• Sales experience highly preferred.
• High School Diploma required, College Degree a plus.
• Ability to qualify and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal lines as well as Life license.
• Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals.
• Successful completion of a Background Check.
• Ability to pass a Drug Screen.

Training

We provide comprehensive and employee centric training that will prepare you to obtain an insurance (P&C and Life) license and prepare you for success.

Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate of $25.48. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $78,900 - $96,400 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
