Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Wisconsin is seeking a reliable 3rd shift worker for night shifts (7:30pm-6am). Pick and pack frozen food items per work orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety standards.

Multiple shift options include Sunday-Wednesday or Monday-Thursday nights with competitive pay. You will move, gather, and distribute products, assemble food kits for shipping, store items in designated areas, and maintain a clean work environment throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments around industrial machinery.
• Ability to work in temperatures from -20°F to 100°F in cold/dry storage.
• Must lift at least 40 lbs (18 kg), heavier as needed.
• Comfortable with varying noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Move, gather, and distribute products per production schedule and work orders.
• Assemble food kits and route them to shipping for distribution.
• Store products and materials in designated areas following procedures.
• Keep work areas clean throughout shift.
• Assist in compiling worksheets or tickets from customer orders.
• Record amounts of materials received or distributed.
• Operate and maintain machinery and material handling equipment.

Job description

3rd Shift - Either Below shift Sunday-Wednesday night from 7:30pm-6am Monday-Thursday night from 7:30pm-6am Pay rate $21/ per hour Pick and Pack frozen food items per work orders and make sure they are accurate, complete, and meet the customer’s quality standards, while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Move, gather, and distribute product based on production schedule and daily work orders
• Assemble food kits and send to shipping department for distribution
• Store product and materials in predesignated areas and follow established sequence
• Clean work area throughout shift

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

• May assist in compiling worksheets or tickets from customer orders
• May assist in recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed
• Work with other machinery and material handling equipment

Minimum Requirements (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)

• Basic math skills
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment, in and around industrial machinery
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud
