Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a dependable team member to create and manage in-house production schedules and support IT/printing ecosystems across our facilities.

You will print and verify department reports, maintain computers, scanners, and printers, and help ensure inventory integrity while delivering strong customer service. Occasional audits may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of systems support experience or equivalent training.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, networks, and printer/scanner setup.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willing to travel up to 25% and work flexible shifts, including weekends.
• Ability to work in cold storage (-20F) or dry storage (up to 100F) with PPE.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain hardware and software equipment such as computers, scanners, and printers
• Maintain proper inventory control procedures to ensure inventory accuracy
• Provide excellent customer service across multiple facilities

Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-year systems support experience or equivalent technical training
• Knowledge of computer operating systems, networks, printer/scanner setup, and technical troubleshooting
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to travel up to 25%
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud

Pay Range

Pay Range:$17.79 - $30.05
