Wiggin and Dana LLP is seeking an Associate or Counsel in New York or Connecticut to join its Private Client Services Department. The attorney will handle domestic and international estate planning, trusts, and tax compliance for a high-net-worth client base, with exposure to cross-border planning.

The role offers significant responsibility, mentorship, and growth opportunities within a collaborative team focused on expanding the firm’s international private client practice.

Qualifications

• 3-10 years of experience in domestic and international estate planning, estate and trust administration, and estate tax compliance.
• Experience in cross-border estate planning and knowledge of trusts, offshore structures, and investments.
• Strong organizational, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills; LL.M. in Tax preferred.

Responsabilités

• Take on significant responsibility for client matters, including direct engagement with a sophisticated, high-net-worth clientele.
