Job summary

Monster Energy is seeking a detail-oriented international trade professional to research and coordinate foreign customs regulations for shipments, ensuring compliance with global trade laws. You will work with vendors, brokers, and government agencies to nationalize items and obtain required certificates and licenses, supporting efficient importation and ongoing compliance across regions.

Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years in international trade are preferred, with strong Microsoft Office and SAP

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, international trade, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in international trade, customs audits and inspections.
  • 1–3 years of experience in import, export regulations, procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Research and coordinate foreign customs regulations for each shipment to ensure compliance with international trade laws.
  • Collaborate with vendors, customs brokers, government agencies to nationalize items and meet destination country requirements.
  • Ensure testing, certificates, and licenses are obtained as required by the destination country for compliance and smooth importation.
  • Maintain the regional compliance guidelines database to support efficient international shipments.
  • Perform additional tasks to support team objectives.
