Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Global Logistics Lead to establish and manage partnerships, design SOPs, and own import/export processes.

You will optimize flows, build distributor networks, and drive continuous improvement with KPIs; startup/high-growth experience preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, or related.
7+ years global logistics/transportation experience, incl. international parcel/express and customs brokerage.
Trade compliance expertise (HS classification, valuation, Incoterms) and strong vendor/SLA negotiation.
Experience building/scaling logistics programs; create SOPs and drive adoption.
Strong analytics (own KPIs) and excellent stakeholder communication.

Establish and manage global/regional courier partnerships; negotiate rates, define SLAs, and implement performance scorecards.
Design and deploy scalable shipment SOPs (inbound/outbound, inter-site transfers, packaging, temperature control, exception handling) aligned with regulatory standards.
Own end-to-end import/export processes (permits, HS classification, Incoterms, valuation, customs broker oversight); resolve customs holds and mitigate risks.
Build/manage a network of in-market distributors for testing supplies; define inventory strategies, lead times, and service expectations.
Optimize logistics flows (labeling, duties/taxes, tracking, customer communications).
Implement shipment visibility tools and exception management for transparency and rapid resolution.
Partner cross-functionally (operations, regulatory, quality, commercial) to align logistics strategy.
Drive continuous improvement (cost, on-time delivery, cycle time, scalability) and maintain KPI dashboards.
Stay current on global trade regulations and best practices.

Preferred

Compensation/Benefits (as stated)

US base salary range: $93,000-$134,000; eligible for short- and long-term incentives; healthcare/insurance day one, 401(k) match and profit sharing, and 4 weeks vacation.
