Candidates must have 3-6 years of experience counseling clients with respect to U.S. export controls matters, with a particular emphasis on the Export Administration Regulations ("EAR") and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations ("ITAR").
The ideal candidate will have some experience in one or more of the following areas:
Candidates must be a member of the state bar for the office to which they are applying or otherwise eligible for admission by waiver. All candidates should have excellent academic credentials as well as highly developed organizational, writing and analytical skills.

Our Firm is committed to fair and equitable compensation practice in accordance to applicable laws. The salary range for this position is $250,000 to $345,000. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus. Other benefits include healthcare, vision, dental, retirement, and all-purpose leave. The salary for this position may vary based on market data, an applicant’s skills and prior experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other factors.
