Job summary

Weaver is seeking an International Tax Manager or Senior Manager to join our growing team in the United States. Lead U.S. and international tax strategy, compliance, and planning for multinational clients, while mentoring junior staff and driving client growth.

The role focuses on global tax planning, transfer pricing, and treaty analysis, with opportunities to shape international tax services across the firm.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of international tax experience in public accounting or its equivalent.
• CPA or JD.
• Experience with income tax preparation and planning for domestic businesses, US multinationals and foreign corporations.
• Broad exposure to U.S. International income taxation.
• Proven ability to manage and develop team members.
• Strong relationship management and practice development skills.
• Ability to attract and service new clients and expand services to existing clients.

Responsibilities

• Complete, supervise, and review U.S. tax compliance and complex tax-planning strategies for clients.
• Advise U.S. and foreign multinational companies on U.S. tax implications of ongoing operations.
• Develop and manage client relationships and practice development within the international tax group.
