Job summary

Weaver seeks an International Tax Manager or Senior Manager to join its growing team. The role partners with clients on global tax planning, compliance, and advisory services, spanning inbound and outbound work with coordination across our foreign network firms.

Responsibilities include supervising U.S. tax compliance and complex planning for multinational clients, advising on cross-border issues, and developing the team while expanding services to new customers.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of international tax experience in public accounting or its equivalent.
• CPA or JD.
• Experience with income tax preparation and planning for domestic businesses, US multinationals and foreign corporations.
• Broad exposure to U.S. International income taxation.
• Proven ability to manage and develop team members.
• Strong relationship management and practice development skills.
• Ability to attract and service new clients and expand services to existing clients.

Responsibilities

• Complete, supervise, and review U.S. tax compliance and complex tax planning strategies for US and international operations.
• Advise U.S. and foreign multinational companies on tax implications of ongoing operations.
• Lead and develop the International Tax team and foster cross-functional collaboration.
