Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; J.D., LLM, MST/MBT preferred.
• Six+ years of experience in corporate/international tax or equivalent.
• CPA or attorney (US) or EA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advises clients on international tax implications and planning.
• Develops and maintains workplans for tax consulting engagements.
• Coordinates with foreign offices and client service teams.
• Assists in tax compliance and reporting for international operations.
• Represents clients in tax controversy with senior professionals.
