Job summary

Elanco is seeking a Global Commercial HSE Advisor to shape safety across US/Canada and global commercial operations. You will transform the affiliate safety program into a best-in-class framework, partnering with leadership to drive a maturing safety culture and manage hazardous waste for US warehouses.

You will track HSE performance, analyze KPIs, and deliver data-driven reports to senior leaders while coaching affiliate management on safety best practices and aligning with Elanco's strategic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HSE experience with program management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cultural-change skills, including regulatory knowledge (RCRA).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for HSE programs across US/Canada affiliates.
• Lead global transformation of Affiliate HSE program and implement a fit-for-purpose framework.
• Establish metrics and deliver data-driven HSE reports to senior leadership.
• Coach affiliate management on safety practices and drive culture change.
• Collaborate with regional fleet managers to integrate HSE into the fleet program.
