Job summary

Monster Energy in Corona, CA is seeking an International Staff Accountant to prepare financial statements, participate in monthly and quarterly closings, and assist in the preparation of SEC filings. Develop spreadsheets, verify data, prepare journal entries, and reconcile accounts and balance sheets.

You will support the consolidation of subsidiaries with intercompany reconciliations and foreign currency accounting, and assist with year-end audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field of study.
• Experience in accounting min 3 years.
• Experience in reading and analyzing financial reports.
• Strong proficiency in Excel; SAP experience preferred.
• Understanding of US tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and reports.
• Participate in monthly and quarterly closing processes.
• Assist in preparation of SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K).
• Develop spreadsheet reports and verify information.
• Post journal entries and reconcile accounts and balance sheets.
