Jobot Consulting is seeking an International Shipping & Logistics Coordinator in Sunnyvale, CA, to manage domestic and international shipments, prepare export documents, and coordinate with freight forwarders and carriers. • Experience preparing or managing commercial invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, and export documentation

• Familiarity with import/export processes and international shipping requirements
• ERP experience required; NetSuite, SAP, QAD, Oracle, or similar systems preferred
• Experience within electronics manufacturing, semiconductor, hardware, medical device, or similar manufacturing environments preferred
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments through freight providers, DHL, FedEx, UPS, and other carriers
• Prepare and process commercial invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, and export documentation

• Assist with customs-related documentation and international shipment requirements

• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inventory audits
• Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure materials move efficiently throughout the organization
