Job summary

ToolPro, a privately owned wholesale distributor with 30 years in business, is seeking a hands-on Purchasing professional at our Kennesaw, GA headquarters. You will own the flow of inbound product from purchase orders through receipt and final payment, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to keep the supply chain running smoothly.

Onsite, full-time, 8am–5pm, with minimal travel. Requirements include 2–4 years in purchasing or inventory control, Excel and Acumatica experience, and strong

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of purchasing, inventory control, or supply chain operations experience
• Experience purchasing imported products from international manufacturers
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems; Acumatica experience is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for collaboration with suppliers and internal teams

Responsibilities

• Inventory Replenishment: develop replenishment models and forecasts to maintain stock levels
• Order Management: coordinate with vendors and carriers on purchasing, pricing, and delivery; track orders from placement to receipt and payment
• Vendor Relations: primary contact for vendors; communicate product changes, costs, and supply risks
• Data Analysis: analyze historical sales, pricing, demand data, and market trends for forecasts
• Process Improvement: maintain data to refine forecasting methods and replenishment workflows
• KPIs: provide data to track and report performance
