Responsibilities

• Oversees Operations: Oversees ICB Operations function to run smoothly and effectively by providing adequate resources and system platform.
• Business Planning: Provides deposit balance daily report, weekly overdraft report, ICB monthly report, CD maturing report, account going dormant report, wire transfer report, CD exception rate log, and outgoing wire over $100,000 report.
• Officer Support: Provides all the transactions for officers, such as opening and closing accounts (DDA, SAV, TM), wire and funds transfer, prepare and file documents, cashier's checks, and account maintenance.
• Office Administrative: Addresses and monitors internal audit findings to ensure that repeat offenses do not occur. Responds to audit and compliance. Assists new hire process with office set up, trainings, and coordination for introductory meetings.
