• Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

• Greet customers and assist pharmacy and front-store customers.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA and CVS policies.
• Support pharmacy operations and workflow under supervision.
• Counsel patients under licensed pharmacist supervision where applicable.
