Job summary

CVS Health is offering a Non-US Accredited Foreign Graduate Pharmacy Internship program designed to develop knowledge, skills, and abilities in patient care, practice management, leadership, and education under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.

Participants will complete a mixed modality learning plan, pass required licensure exams within 120 days of internship completion, and grow in diverse patient care and regulatory environments within CVS Health.

Qualifications

• PharmD or equivalent and pharmacist licensure in the state where the district is located.
• Active Pharmacy Intern license in the state where the district is located.
• Non-US Accredited Foreign Graduate required to complete internship and licensure process within 18 months

Responsibilities

• Greet customers courteously and assist with questions in-store and at drive‑thru.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and protect patient information.
• Process prescriptions, translate SIG codes, label and dispense under supervision.
• Support Pharmacy Manager and supervise Pharmacy Support Staff to ensure efficient workflow.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide and coordinate patient care.
• Complete required training and licensure within regulatory timelines.
