Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Non-US Accredited Foreign Graduate to join our internship program, working under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist. You will complete a curated learning plan to apply pharmacy knowledge in real-world patient care and prepare for licensure, with milestones over an 18-month internship.

You will gain experience in patient care programs, regulatory compliance, and team-based leadership within a retail pharmacy environment, contributing to high-quality service

Qualifications

Non-US Accredited foreign graduate with PharmD or equivalent.
Pharmacist licensure in the state within 120 days of program start.
Eligibility to immunize is preferred.
Strong clinical knowledge and patient interaction skills.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with prescription-related inquiries and provide professional guidance.
Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA and CVS policies.
Support pharmacy operations, including prescription processing, inventory management, and workflow optimization.
Counsel patients under supervision of a licensed pharmacist and facilitate care coordination.
Participate in leadership activities and help develop Pharmacy Support Staff.
