Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service in-store and at drive-thru with a courteous, professional demeanor.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and protect patient confidentiality under HIPAA.
• Support pharmacy operations including prescriptions processing, inventory, and workflow management.
• Counsel patients under supervision of a licensed pharmacist and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
