Job summary

CVS Health in Minnesota invites foreign graduates to join our US Non-Accredited Foreign Graduate Training Program in Apple Valley. After successful FPGEE and TOEFL, you will complete required internship hours and pursue pharmacist licensure with guided support.

You will learn through a structured learning plan, under a preceptor, while developing clinical and operational pharmacy skills to prepare for licensure and greater responsibility.

Qualifications

• Foreign Graduate from a non-US accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• FPGEC certification.
• Pharmacist licensure in the state within 120 days of completing US internship hours; failure to licensure may result in separation.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern/technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Assist the pharmacy team to ensure operations run smoothly and prescriptions are filled safely and accurately.
• Demonstrate empathy and care to support patient experiences and immunizations when appropriate.
• Take telephonic prescriptions and clarify with prescribers where allowed by state regulation.
• Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to pharmacy staff as directed by leadership.
• Perform basic inventory tasks and cycle counts; manage medication deliveries as directed.
