Job summary

CVS Health is offering a US Non-Accredited Foreign Graduate Training Program to prepare foreign graduates for Pharmacist roles in our retail pharmacies. After completing FPGEE and TOEFL, you will complete US internship hours and work under a preceptor to develop clinical and leadership skills.

You will learn through a structured plan with KLEs and hands-on pharmacy operations, while ensuring patient safety, accurate prescriptions, and compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Foreign graduates must complete FPGEE and TOEFL to be eligible for the internship.
• Pharmacist licensure in the state within 120 days of internship completion is required.
• Intern/technician licensure or in-progress licensure is required as applicable.
• US internship hours must be completed within 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Support immunizations and patient care services as permitted by state and supervision.
• Follow SOPs, maintain patient privacy and security in daily operations.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive culture and assist in meeting business needs.
