Job summary

Oklahoma State University, through the International Fire Service Accreditation Congress (IFSAC) Administration Office, seeks an Outreach Program Coordinator to coordinate business, financial, events, governance, and stakeholder relations. Working within the CEAT and OSU framework, you will ensure smooth operations and governance processes.

You will manage workflows, analyze information, and collaborate across teams to meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and conferred by start date.
• Two+ years of prior successful work experience.
• Additional post-secondary education may substitute for experience.
• Valid driver's license for ground/air travel.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and follow policies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned business, financial, event, governance, member-relations, and organizational functions for IFSAC and its CEAT OSU administration.
• Manage daily workflows, resolve operational issues, and ensure stakeholder expectations and organizational objectives are met.
• Analyze information to support decision-making and effective execution of projects.
• Travel occasionally; in-state, national, and international; conferences and workshops with overnight stays.
