Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a NITC Curriculum Manager in Pensacola, FL to lead design, development, maintenance, and evaluation of training for international military students at the Naval Education and Training Security Assistance Field Activity International Training Center. This fully onsite role emphasizes collaboration with instructors and Government stakeholders to keep curricula current and effective.

Required qualifications include a Master's or Bachelor’s in education with curriculum-development

Qualifications

Bachelor's with 5–8 years (or commensurate experience).
Master's degree in education or closely related field plus 3+ years curriculum-development experience or Bachelor's plus 5+ years.
Experience designing, developing, maintaining, and evaluating instructor-led or technology-enabled training.
Ability to collaborate with instructors, SMEs, and Government stakeholders.
Ability to produce clear reports and curriculum documentation.

Responsibilities

Design and develop training programs, curricula, instructional methods, and learning materials.
Oversee assessments and identify training needs and performance gaps.
Consult with instructors and SMEs to define objectives and content.
Develop curricula aligned to competency models or NAVEDTRA M-142 series.
Create course outlines, syllabi, notes, materials, and online content.
Evaluate software and tools to support training.
Provide monthly curricula update reports.
