Job summary

Victoria’s Secret International is seeking a Manager, Merchandise Planning to lead the Merchandise Planning team and optimize the buy process across its franchise businesses worldwide. You will collaborate with the North America planning team and Merchants to align assortment strategies and launch cadences.

You will analyze performance and trends to maximize growth, manage open-to-buy and inventory across multiple books and operating models, and develop talent within the planning organization.

Your Role:

The Manager, Merchandise Planning for Victoria’s Secret International leads the Merchandise Planning team in managing the order/buy process to maximize sales in Victoria’s Secret Franchise businesses around the world.

Your Impact:

• Work closely with North America planning team to ensure International is up to date with all new assortment strategies and changes.
• Partner with Merchants to support assortment goals and product launch cadence
• Analyze and drive business performance/trends to ensure assortment maximizes growth potential; incorporating partner feedback at a country level is often needed to optimize inventory across all business models
• Partner with regional teams to understand international market trends, nuances, risk/opportunity to achieve business goals
• Manage sales plans, open to buy, and inventory levels across multiple books of business, including separate operating models and store/ecommerce formats
• Present and manage Monthly Planning Committee meetings with the goal of optimizing inventory across multiple D.C.s and multiple operating models based on merchandise and partner trends
• Manage planning teams in day-to-day processes, establishing priorities, developing talent, etc.
• Cultivate a culture of teamwork, appreciation, and transparency to drive results
• Responsible for recruiting, on-boarding, development, and retention of talent.
