Job summary

Ocean Network Express is seeking an International Logistics Specialist- ONE Care in Boise, ID. The role focuses on executing service processes for ONE customer accounts, coordinating inbound and outbound cargo, and delivering high-quality customer support.

International Logistics Specialist- ONE Care

Salary Range:$50,000.00to$56,000.00

Location

Boise, ID. This position will follow a hybrid work-from-home/office model with at least three days in the office weekly.

Role Summary

This position is responsible for the successful execution of the Boise International Logistics Service process for ONE customer accounts. Required to follow policies and procedures to provide an optimal level of customer service. Responsible for customer support by coordinating inbound and outbound cargo, resolving logistical challenges inbound and outbound cargo, and providing product and service information.

Additional Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily tactical processes that ensure smooth movement of high-value cargo moving to and from North America.
• Assist with customer inquiries and concerns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex challenges involving cargo movement including customs, logistical and technical challenges.
• Document and update customer records based on interactions.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
• Create and coordinate international bookings for containerized freight

ONE NA follows a hybrid work schedule requiring employees to work 3 days in the office (i.e. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote each week.

Salary commensurate with experience means your pay will be directly proportional to your background, skills, and qualifications.
