Job summary

Ocean Network Express North America seeks an International Logistics Specialist for Key Accounts in Boise. The role follows a hybrid work-from-home/office model with three days in the office weekly.

You will coordinate inbound and outbound cargo, support customers, and resolve complex logistics and customs challenges. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and 0–2+ years in logistics or related fields is welcome.

International Logistics Specialist- Key Accounts

Custom Field 1: USA - Boise

Salary Range: $50,000.00 to $56,000.00

This position will follow a hybrid work-from-home/office model with at least three days in the office weekly

Role Summary

This position is responsible for the successful execution of the Boise International Logistics Service process for Key Accounts. Required to follow policies and procedures to provide an optimal level of customer service. Responsible for customer support by coordinating inbound and outbound cargo, resolving logistical challenges inbound and outbound cargo, and providing product and service information.

Additional Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily tactical processes that ensure smooth movement of high-value cargo moving to and from North America.
• Assist with customer inquiries and concerns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex challenges involving cargo movement including customs, logistical and technical challenges.
• Document and update customer records based on interactions.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
• Create and coordinate international bookings for containerized freight
