Ocean Network Express North America seeks an International Logistics Specialist for Key Accounts in Boise. The role follows a hybrid work-from-home/office model with three days in the office weekly.

You will coordinate inbound and outbound cargo, support customers, and resolve complex logistics and customs challenges. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and 0–2+ years in logistics or related fields is welcome.

Qualifications

• 0 to 2+ years in logistics or related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service and international bookings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound cargo for Key Accounts.
• Follow policies to deliver optimal customer service.
• Resolve logistical and customs challenges.

• Create international bookings for containerized freight.
